The Twitter user which uses nickname vicksvapor77 additionally informs that the shown movie was not a final cut and the early screening was held to get fans' feedback. "Scream 4" centers its story on Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, who returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill and her Aunt Kate. Unfortunately Sidney's appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.

Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette reprise their roles as Sidney, Dewey and Gale respectively, joined by Emma Roberts who portrays Sidney's cousin. Hayden Panettiere and Rory Culkin also land roles in the Wes Craven-directed thriller, which is due April 15 in the U.S.
