The good news has apparently traveled to Demi Lovato's ear. The Disney beauty took a chunk out of her rehab time to thank her devoted fans for her double victories at recent 2011 People's Choice Awards which winners are determined by fans' voting.
On top of "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" being named Favorite TV Family, Demi's guest starring appearance on "Grey's Anatomy" beat heavy contenders such as Betty White on "Community" and Neil Patrick Harris on "Glee". Demi was a no-show at the January 5 gala because she's still undergoing treatment following the November incident.
She said in a statement posted on both Facebook and Cambio, "I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."
