Young Jeezy's manager has shot down rumours the rapper was arrested during a weekend trip to the Bahamas, insisting the reports are "not true". The hip-hop star was alleged to have been taken into custody by police on Saturday, December 4 after an incident in New Providence, where he was due to perform a concert.
Local newspaper The Tribune claims Jeezy was arrested and taken to Wulff Road station, although no reason was given for the rumored detainment.
Superintendent Ashton Greenslade told the publication, "He was here with us a short while. He passed through the station briefly on Saturday. He was booked in here and taken to CDU (Central Detective Unit)."
